It depends on the structure, strength, and application of the product. If it is smaller than the size of a button, then zinc might be a good choice. If heat management is essential to your project, a particular type of aluminum may be the best material. Speak to our engineers today for a DFM analysis to see which material and surface treatment would best fit your project.

CNC can be for more pilot smaller orders. Die-casting is for higher volume orders, typically a lifetime of 5000 parts and up. Our engineers will provide an analysis of the processes best suited for your project.

It is a process where there are two more materials used in casting. Typically when steel part/copper is cast together with aluminum.

We can facilitate the tooling transfer, repair it, and make it run smoother and more cost-efficient.

Other materials, such as Cooper, and Titanium, we have done in the past. Other than wires, cooper is a more decorative material but does have desirable industrial technical traits. Even Acetal PP POM and Nylon Plastic, we can help CNC, and if injection molding is required, we can help point you in the right direction.
